We offer standardized incorporation or limited liability company packages for a flat fee. These packages are designed to provide the shareholders/members of the new corporation/company with all of the basic corporate/company and tax-related documents needed to start their new corporation. Our typical package includes the articles of incorporation, articles of association (LLCs only), bylaws, minutes of organization meetings, customized share certificates, operating agreement (LLCs only), application for a tax identification number, S-corporation election form, application for registration with the North Carolina Department of Revenue, appropriate letters to both state and federal agencies, and medical expense reimbursement plans. All documents are prepared to be ready for your signature. Little, if any, additional paperwork is required to start the new corporation or LLC. Additional documents such as stockholder agreements, employment agreements, equipment leases, and similar documents can also be provided for a flat fee. We assist in the purchase and sale of businesses. We also prepare tax returns.
